Although scratch removal is a viable service, it became evident that there are many types of damages that could not be repaired, and there was an overwhelming need for a solution. In May 2006, we expanded our business to include the installation of protective coatings for windows and tubs.

What You Should Know About Window Film
Most window manufacturers today are providing builders with a plastic sheeting on the outside of their windows. Although some state this protection is free of charge, there are facts the builder should be aware of. Factory defects and scratches are near impossible to see through plastic films. These problems are often found in the final stages of construction, resulting in delays and extra costs. Films are greatly affected by wind and rain, sometimes peeling off and leaving you unprotected. When summer temperatures rise, most film adhesives bake to the glass surface, requiring the use of razor scrapers to remove the adhesives. The practice of using blades is the number one cause of glass scratches.
